These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PromoteStack application ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to sending spam or unlawful content, attempting to interfere with our systems, or attempting to access data you are not authorized to access.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that data as needed to operate the Service, including sending emails on your behalf.

Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown in the application. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use & Email Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including anti‑spam laws such as CAN‑SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable. You must only email contacts who have provided valid consent, and you must honor unsubscribe requests.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
